    This is our complete declutter and organization service. Whatever chapter of life you’re in, we're here to make it stress-free.

    Package price:

    $700 per room (*currently excludes basements and garages)

    Moving Packing/Unpacking: Quote based on size and scope of space

    Travel outside of Tri-state/Western NY: Quote based on size and scope

    Complimentary phone consultation

    In-person consultation for measurements, discuss product needs/wants and collaborate to bring your vision to life

    Customized Printed Labels

    Two presented options of design and layout (project dependent, we'll discuss this during your in-person consultation)

    Personalized PDF Product Recommendations (if desired)**

    **PDF of product recommendations included, but full shopping experience is additional $50 fee + cost of product

    One car load of donation drop off and/or coordination of donation pickup

    Trash removal is limited to one car load, anymore will be an additional fee (quoted based on amount)

    We're like superheroes, but for your family's schedule, digital life or your office's setup. We'll take on whatever organization tasks you throw our way, big or small.

    $500 for home projects (up to 10 hours)

    Can’t decide which service you would like help with? Tackle your projects over time by choosing one monthly membership price.

    Service Includes:

    1x phone consultation per month

    Pick a home, admin + digital declutter or virtual consultation service project that is 8 hours or less per month (typically comes out to abut two small projects)

About Me

I'm Courtaney – an organization expert, mom of two and a seasoned entertainment Producer and Production Manager with over a decade of experience.

For the past twelve years, my career has been concentrated in organizing and executing projects in television, digital media, and podcasts (WWE, A&E and more), where I've learned clear communication, client satisfaction, and flexibility are all essential elements for any project's success.

Over the years, I kept hearing from clients and colleagues about how helpful my organizational skills and knowledge were to them, so that’s why I founded Sort + Schedule, to help your home or business get (and stay!) organized with ease. I truly want you to spend more time focused on what you love to do with who you love to do it with, just leave the organizing to me!

I live in Pittsford, New York (outside of Rochester) and offer my in home services in the Western New York/Finger Lakes and Tri-State Area. I also offer virtual services and am happy to travel nationwide!

Q: Will my personal information be kept confidential?

A: Yes, we take the privacy and confidentiality of our clients very seriously. Your personal information will never be shared with anyone without your consent.

Q: What happens to the items I no longer need or want?

A: We will work with you to determine the best course of action for your unwanted items. This may include donation, recycling, or disposal. Our goal is to help you create a functional and clutter-free home while also minimizing waste.
